“I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Orland Park, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy. ”

However, for two days it seemed like someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the smell came strongly into my bathroom. “i didnt get the breakfast by choice however everything was clean and in order.. i dont know the new policy for house keeping but i stayed their for 2 days and i got no housekeeping service. im guessing possibly a knew hotel policy where they wait until you check out? .. idk but i have no complaints ”

“Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. “This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. ”
